The goal of the training is to change the attitudes that the labour market has towards people with disabilities and thus both the professionals who support the job search and those who recruit must have their needs aligned; an important innovation in the area of employability of people with disabilities, because it will directly raise awareness and empower the people who are the gateway to employment
